Draco agencies auctioneers
Since 2016, we have been practicing auctioneer business with zeal and passion for delivering for our clients. It is the ultimate realization of justice for our instructors, linkage to a network of buyers and contributing to economic gains of enterprises. Ideally, we are enforcers of the law. In essence we, are court offices, an appendage of the court at the very end of execution.
Nevertheless, we are cognizant that our practice means approaching individuals, businesses and organizations at their lowest moments. It doesn’t mean being ruthless, rather we seek to engage with debtors in seeing how to resolve the situation, but at the end of the day execution has to happen. Some times it does not end with smiles, but along the way we have made more friends out of debtors. Some of them turn out to be future instructors, most learn how to navigate future predicaments even consulting with us and even more understand why enforcement happens.
It is always a learning moment in our office, every task is different and our experience over the years has grown abundantly.

- Affiliations: Proud member of the National Association of Kenya Auctioneers (NAKA) and recognized partner of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KNCCI).
- Regulatory Compliance: We are licensed by Auctioneers Licensing Board (ALB) and strictly adhere to practise standards as set in Auctioneers Act. We are also certified as Data Processor, subscribed for professional indemnity, NAKA membership and tax compliant.
